These Terms and Conditions govern your use of vernonsoftware.com and any services purchased from Vernon Software.

  1. ABOUT US
    Vernon Software is a Canadian AI implementation consultancy registered in British Columbia, Canada.
    We provide AI tool implementation, website design, and related technology services to small businesses
    across Canada.
  2. SERVICES
    Vernon Software offers the following services:
  • Google Business AI Optimization
  • Customer Service AI Chatbot
  • AI Bookkeeping Setup
  • Staff Scheduling AI
  • Monthly AI Operations Retainer
  • Website Design and Development

  1. PAYMENTS
  • All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • A 50% deposit is required upon signing the Service Agreement
  • Remaining 50% is due upon project completion
  • Accepted payment methods: Interac e-Transfer
  • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
  • Monthly AI Operations Retainer is billed monthly in advance
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY
  • One-time services: Once work has commenced, deposits are non-refundable
  • Monthly AI Operations Retainer: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to contact@vernonsoftware.com
  • No lock-in contracts on any service
  1. REFUNDS
    Please see our Refund Policy page for full details.
  2. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS
    Our AI services require third-party platform subscriptions (such as QuickBooks, Dext, 7shifts, Tidio, etc.). These subscriptions are:
  • Paid directly by the Client to the tool provider
  • Not included in Vernon Software’s service fees
  • Subject to each provider’s own terms of service
  • Not the responsibility of Vernon Software if they change pricing or discontinue features
  1. RESULTS DISCLAIMER
    Vernon Software implements AI tools to the best of its ability. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes including revenue increases, search rankings, or time savings.
    Results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, usage habits, and third-party platform performance.
  2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created under their project. Vernon Software retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    Vernon Software’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services in question.
    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  4. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
