REFUND POLICY

  1. ONE-TIME SERVICES
    For all one-time AI implementation and website design services:
  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work
  • Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable
  • If Vernon Software fails to deliver the agreed scope of work, a full refund of all payments will be issued
  • If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery, we will work to resolve the issue during the 30-day post-launch support period
    before any refund is considered
  1. MONTHLY AI OPERATIONS RETAINER
  • The retainer is billed monthly in advance
  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for the current billing month
  • No lock-in contracts

    We understand that unexpected things happen. If you have a genuine issue with our service, please contact us at contact@vernonsoftware.com and Amit will personally review your situation within 1 business day. We are committed to fair and honest resolution.
